This will be a separate education and public outreach program created to raise the energy efficient awareness level of students, homeowners, and businesses, resulting in behavior changes that will insure more efficient use of energy. The program will consist of an education campaign for K-12 schools, a Zero Energy Home Pilot, a series of educational video and an update of the DDOE website.
