This comprehensive program will expand DCEO's Weatherization programs by adding electricity savings measures to its weatherization activities in all homes, including cost-effective refrigerator, lighting replacement, water heater wraps, hot pip wraps and low-flow showerheads, faucet aerators and air conditioners. Also this program will also replace air conditioners when found to be cost effective in high-use homes.
