Non-Profit Energy Efficiency Initiative - Green Faith Program

This program offers specific energy efficiency recommendations to non-profit organizations and religious congregations within Washington, DC. The goal is to raise awareness levels of facility managers in order to change operational practices to become more energy efficient.

The District Department of the Environment's Energy Division published the Non-Profit Energy Efficiency Handbook, a rich resource to help non-profit organizations and religious congregations in the District become more energy efficient and environmentally sustainable. The handbook was created to reach out to this important community and to promote the financial and environmental stewardship of energy efficiency.

For more information contact Lakeisha Estep:lakeisha.estep@dc.gov or Emil King: emil.king@dc.gov. Residents are also encouraged to call the Energy Hotline (202) 673-6750.
