The Energy Patrol is a program covering 123 public schools. Students are taught to identify energy wastes in their schools and homes. Students monitor school facilities, assisting where possible in the reduction of energy usage and report where additional assistance may be needed. Certificates are awarded to students at the end of the school year who demonstrate the best use of energy efficiency tips.
