Toxic Substance Division 

Pesticide Registration

The pesticide registration program of the Toxic Substance Division provides the service and process associated with registration of pesticidal products within the District of Columbia. Select to Pesticide Registration Frequently Asked Quuestions (FAQ's).

Forms

Applications can be downloaded, or filled out online, printed and mailed to us. Please also include one copy of the manufacturers' label, check for the registration fee (made out to District of Columbia Treasurer).
