Lead Service Fees/Fines

Service fees are collected from individuals, businesses, and governmental agencies for certification, accreditation, abatement permits and cooperative service agreements. Fines are collected in response to enforcement actions Revenue from fees and fines go collected goes directly to the Lead–Based Paint Program accounts to offset the annual budget for compliance and enforcement activities.
