Certification, Accreditation, Testing, Permitting & Notification Requirements

The District requires that anyone engaged in a lead-based paint abatement service must be trained and either accredited as a training provider/course or certified/licensed as a lead professional or business entity. Permits and notifications are required for lead hazard reduction and abatement projects.
