Work Discipline Requirements

Anyone, including any business entity or firm, that serves as a lead-based paint contractor, worker, supervisor, inspector, risk assessor, or training provider must be certified/licensed by the District of Columbia Department of Health. Each professional discipline has specific training, experience and examination requirements.
