Reporting The District NPDES permit requires regular reports to EPA, including Annual Reports, Discharge Monitoring Reports (DMR), and TMDL Implementation Plans. Reports are available online for download or at the Washingtonian Division at the Martin Luther King Library. In addition, an agency compliance plan and a semi-annual report are prepared for the Mayor's office.

Annual Reports - summarize activities and accomplishments over the last year. The Annual Reports dated 2002 through FY 2006 are available to download.
Implementation Plans (for storm water management) - outline what activities will occur for the next three years to improve the MS4 system. The Implementation Plans dated 2002 through FY 2006 are available to download.
DMR Reports - contain specific analytical data and summary statistics of the wet weather monitoring results for selected for specific stations in the MS4 area: the Anacostia River, Potomac River, and Rock Creek. The DMR reports dated 2002 through FY 2006 are available to download.
Semi-Annual Reports - The semi-annual reports are not required by the NPDES permit. It was, however, established by the Storm Water Permit Compliance Amendment and is required by DC law [(DC ST § 34-2202.06a (e) (1)] to be submitted on a semi-annual basis to the Mayor. The semi-annual report summarize each of the District agency's activities that have been undertaken for six-month intervals and describes efforts that are planned for the following six months. Agency Compliance Plan - This plan sets forth each agency's proposed budget dedicated for MS4 permit compliance activities and a statement of its sufficiency. Agency Compliance Plan reports dated 2003 through 2006 are available to download.
Anacostia River TMDL Waste Load Allocation Implementation Plan Reports - outline specific activities the District Agencies will undertake to meet pollutant load reductions listed in TMDLs documents for the Anacostia River watershed. The final TMDL document is available at the MLK library.
Rock Creek TMDL Waste Load Allocation Implementation Plan - outlines specific activities the District Agencies will undertake to meet pollutant load reductions listed in TMDLs documents for Rock Creek.
