Contact the DC SEU Benchmarking Help Center

The DC Sustainable Energy Utility (DC SEU) has created a Benchmarking Help Center to provide technical assistance to help you comply with the District’s benchmarking regulations. The center is available to guide building owners and property managers through benchmarking in ENERGY STAR® Portfolio Manager, answer general questions about the regulation, and assist with data collection.

The Help Center is operating as a call-back and email service through October 1. Submit your questions and get answers in a timely manner.

Attend a Training Event

The DC SEU offers regular in-person trainings in ENERGY STAR Portfolio Manager. Please check the DC SEU Events page or contact the Help Center for more information on when these trainings will be held. Visit the DC SEU website for the most up-to-date information on scheduled trainings.

The U.S. EPA offers regular online webinars on ENERGY STAR Portfolio Manager. Commencing on July 15, EPA will offer a special series of trainings in how to use the all new Portfolio Manager. View the list of upcoming webinars, and register to attend.
