Area Source Dry Cleaner Source Category Permit with Application

This source category permit covers operation of area source dry cleaning facilities that use perchloroethylene (PERC) as a cleaning solvent. Two application forms are attached below. The first is an initial application form for any facility that has such dry cleaning operations, but has not been previously covered by an air quality permit. The second is a shorter renewal application form for any facility that was previously approved for coverage under the previous version of this source category permit (Permit No. 6866-SC, issued July 25, 2014) and has not had significant changes to the equipment or operations since the previous coverage approval.
