The District of Columbia does not currently have a disposal policy for non-hazardous pharmaceuticals.
The Pharmaceutical Waste document (see below) offers guidance for the disposal of pharmaceutical waste.
The list of Hazardous Waste Contractors (see below) is a partial listing of hazardous waste, universal waste, and used oil contractors that service the District of Columbia.
