The Government is soliciting the services of a firm or a single team of firms to provide general management, oversight, and coordination of the Program, to include meeting all requirements set forth in section 304 of the PACE Legislation. Throughout the contract term, the Contractor shall provide the necessary personnel and resources to accomplish six (6) key tasks.
