The District’s Sustainable Energy Utility (SEU) contract has been awarded to Vermont Energy Investment Corporation (VEIC), the prime contractor of the Sustainable Energy Partnership (SEP).
The SEU contract, the first of its type in the District, will ensure that programs are designed and implemented to improve energy efficiency in the District and create green jobs for
