DDOE issues this Request for Proposals (“RFP”) to solicit competitive proposals for a contractor to provide evaluation, measurment, and verification of energy efficiency and renewable energy programs in the District of Columbia. This RFP presents the project objectives, terms and conditions, specific deliverables, and the required format to submit a proposal to DDOE. Potential bidders should read the entire RFP carefully, along with its Appendices, in order to gain a clear understanding of the project requirements.
